Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We only accept credit or debit card payment. We do not accept cash or cheques

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Your credit card details are securely encrypted during the entire ordering process for your complete peace of mind.

Shipping And Handling
Goods are normally dispatched within 24 hours. Carriage Charge of £3.50 on orders less than £20.00. Overseas deliveries, charges will be advised prior to dispatch for authorisation. You have 7 days from receipt of the goods to return them for a full refund for any reason. WE ONLY SHIP TO UK MAINLAND
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days by Royal Mail first class post . International orders are generally received in under 10 days. WE ONLY SHIP TO UK MAINLAND
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
